I was too. I grew up in Germany with highly anxious parents. At a very young age, I learned to internalize my emotions. As a young adult I was dealing with chronic fatigue, fuelled by my unknown anxiety. My life changed completely when I discovered the underlying reasons for my anxiety.
I now see anxiety as a spiritual awakening, an invitation to change your life, a coming back to your Self.
One of the hardest things about having anxiety and panic attacks, is that the people around you simply do not understand how you feel.
